Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, and we believe that price transparency is essential in achieving this goal. We are committed to providing clear and upfront pricing, ensuring that there are no hidden costs or surprises along the way. Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we strive to maintain open communication and honesty throughout our partnership.
To cater to a diverse range of preferences and budgets, we offer flexible packages and add-ons tailored to your specific needs. Our offerings include a variety of options such as printed photo books, framed photos, canvas prints, digital files, and many more products that can be discussed after the post-editing review of your photos. This ensures that you have the opportunity to choose the perfect products to complement your cherished memories captured during the session. Let's work together to create a personalized photography experience that exceeds your expectations.
If you decide to cancel the session less than 24 hours before, there is £100 cancellation charge.
As we all know our dog models can have different plans after eating something that should not be on their menu and don't feel well as a result. In those circumstances free reschedule will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
When we decide to reschedule due to bad weather, the rescheduling is free of charge.
